The successful applicant will also have experience in, and passion for innovatively engaging disadvantaged communities in learning and education pathways. A demonstrated track record in community development and implementing new responses to communities facing barriers to engagement in education and learning will be a key to being successful in this role. A relevant tertiary qualification in human services or related discipline and significant management experience within the field is essential.
