Business Support Director |

 Lisa Maddocks joined
Jesuit Social Services as Business Support Director in 2004 with
over 15 years management experience in Finance, Human Resources,
Project Management and Business Administration.
She started her career in
International and Corporate Banking before making the move to the
Not-For-Profit and NGO sector whilst living overseas.
Lisa's initial involvement
in the community sector included facilitating parenting and employment
courses through to successfully tendering for, implementing and
managing community sector programs.
She then moved back into
the management areas of Human Resources and Business Administration,
in the private and not for profit sector. She has two years Human
Resources management experience in the Defence and Aerospace industries
and seven years in the not-for-profit sector.
Her most recent position
before moving to Jesuit Social Services was a General Management
position heading up Finance, HR, IT and Administration for an employment
and community services organisation.
Lisa is a member of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors and a certified workplace
mediator and negotiator. She has recently completed her Masters
of Business Administration.
