Sally came to the organisation with a broad range of experience in city and rural community services organisations in Victoria and NSW.  During her time in Melbourne Sally has worked in various human service management roles over the past ten years, with a particular interest in family and youth work.

In her role as Manager, Family and Community Connections, her responsibilities include supporting a diverse range of pilots and projects.  These include new initiatives seeking to respond to the needs of emerging communities in inner Melbourne.  Sally sees this work as an exciting part of Jesuit Social Services' mission.

Prior to coming to Jesuit Social Services, Sally worked for the Salvation Army Victorian Social Programme Consultancy Unit (VSPCU), where her role involved providing a strategic overview of the Salvation Army's Victorian human services, with a particular focus on program and policy development, research, data management, and government liaison.
