About Us
Our program work informs our policy focus. Through our engagement with disadvantaged people we identify areas of unmet need, conduct research and use our findings to advocate for change.

We contribute to social policy debate through a variety of means including:

  • practice-based research
  • significant social inquiry projects
  • advocacy on behalf of the disadvantaged and marginalised
  • submissions to government
  • policy discussion papers and forums
  • media comment
  • membership of advisory committees and agency partnership
