Pathways Youth Justice Housing Women's Integrated Support Program (WISP)
The Bridging the Gap program provides both pre and post release support services for young people in the Victorian prison system, in particular, those who suffer from substance abuse issues. It aims to find accommodation, identify drug and alcohol treatment plans, re-establish family connections and a source of income, and provide practical and emtional support for young people as they exit the criminal justice system. |
