Pathways Youth Justice Housing Women's Integrated Support Program(WISP) Pathways Juvenile Justice Housing is a program funded by the Department of Human Services, and aims to assist young people recently released from prison with appropriate housing and support. Based in Dandenong, the services are provided to young people living mainly in the Dandenong, Springvale and Frankston areas.
